Play Coordinators lead the fun! You’ll organize and host engaging activities, ensure smooth transitions between play sessions, and keep the energy high. If you love leading groups, crafting themed events, and creating unforgettable experiences for little ones, this role is for you.

🎨 Play Assistant

Helping the magic happen, one smile at a time.

Our Play Assistants are the friendly faces on the floor, supporting kids during open play, keeping the play space tidy and safe, and assisting Coordinators during events. You’re hands-on, energetic, and always ready to jump into imaginative play.

What makes a great Play Assistant:

  • Patience, kindness, and a love for young children

  • The ability to multitask while staying upbeat

  • A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail

  • Willingness to get a little messy (hello, glitter and slime!

👶 Babysitters Club Team Member

Where parents relax and kids stay happy.

Our exclusive Babysitters Club offers babysitting services to Village Kin’s community through the playspace and potentially at home. You'll provide nurturing care in a structured environment—offering games, snacks, storytime, and comfort when needed.

Perfect for you if you:

  • Have babysitting, daycare, or nanny experience

  • Are CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)

  • Are dependable, warm, and safety-conscious

  • Can confidently care for multiple children in a short-term care setting.
